Terms of Service

What FyVue does

FyVue asks AI engines the questions your buyers ask, measures how often they name your brand, checks your website and suggests and drafts fixes. Yue, your assistant, helps you use it. We add, change and retire features over time. If we remove something central to your plan, we'll tell you first.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you sign up.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what teammates you invite do.
• Give us a real business email and keep your details up to date.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 7 days unless we offer you a different length, with no card needed. When it ends, you keep access to what you made, and new runs and drafts wait until you choose a plan. We may limit trials to one per business.

Plans, credits and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, by card through Stripe, at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Prices don't include taxes, which are added where the law requires.
• Your plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
• Monthly credits refill each month and don't roll over. Credits from a pack don't expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value.
• Payments aren't refundable, including for part of a month, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake. If something went wrong, legal@fyvue.ai and we'll put it right.
• If a payment fails, new runs and drafts may pause until it's paid.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.

Your content

You own what you put into FyVue, such as your brand facts, questions and files, and the drafts it writes for you. You let us use that content only to provide and improve FyVue for you. You promise you have the right to the content you add, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

Before you publish a draft, check it. You decide what goes out under your brand, including whether it meets the advertising and consumer laws of the markets you sell in, such as China's Advertising Law.

AI answers and results

AI engines give different answers from one ask to the next and change without notice, so every number in FyVue is a measurement at a point in time, with a margin of error. The engines are run by other companies, and we don't control what they say. Our suggestions are based on what we measure, but we can't promise that any AI engine will recommend your brand, or that you'll get a particular amount of traffic or sales. AI-written drafts can contain mistakes.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use FyVue for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to make false claims about other businesses;
• try to get around plan limits, share one account between separate businesses or resell FyVue without our written agreement;
• scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or access other customers' data;
• put other people's personal data into questions or brand facts without a lawful reason.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Our part

We'll run FyVue with reasonable care and skill, keep your data as our Privacy Policy describes and fix faults reasonably quickly. We can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Some of it depends on the AI engines and other providers we use.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about FyVue is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using FyVue after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute. For questions, legal@fyvue.ai.
