What happens after the free trial?
You get 7 days and 500 credits without a card, with 25 questions tracked for free. When the trial ends, chatting with Yue and everything you made stay open; new runs and drafts wait until you pick a plan.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for extra tracking runs and website checks and page drafts in FyVue (the weekly tracking run is included). Every button shows its price before anything runs, the Billing page shows where they went, and chatting with Yue costs no credits, up to 150 messages a day.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refill on the 1st and don't roll over. Credits from a pack never expire and are used after your monthly credits run out.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the Billing page at any time. A new plan starts straight away with its credits. A cancelled plan keeps working until the paid month ends.
Who is Enterprise for?
Brands that track several markets, product lines or sub-brands, or need more than the GEO Studio plan's questions. Each brand gets its own workspace with up to 300 questions a week, from $2,000 a brand a month on an annual contract, paid by invoice. The price depends on how many brands and markets are covered, so it is set after a call.
What does the Managed plan cost?
It depends on how many markets, engines and brands you want covered, so it is quoted after a call. Everything the team does shows up in the same portal as the software plans.
